Jennifer Hyman
Jennifer Hyman is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rent the Runway, a company that is disrupting the $2.4 trillion fashion industry by introducing clothing rental as a utility in women’s everyday lives. In her role, she sets the strategic priorities and leads the company in growing all areas of the business, including marketing, technology, product, logistics and data science. She co-founded Rent the Runway in 2009, and has since raised over $210 million in venture capital, growing the business to 9 million members, 1,200 employees (which is over 70% female and 70% minority) and 500+ designer partnerships. As the CEO, Jennifer has built Rent the Runway from an idea into a profitable, high-growth company and one of the most beloved brands in the U.S.
Jennifer has been honored with recognitions like Forbes “12 Most Disruptive Names in Business”, Fortune’s “Most Powerful Female Entrepreneurs”, “Trailblazers”, “40 under 40” Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business” and the Tribeca Film Festival’s “Disruptive Innovation” award. Under her leadership, Rent the Runway has been named to CNBC’s “Disruptor 50” and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list multiple times. Serving as Rent the Runway’s spokesperson, Jennifer is a frequent guest on television, regular lecturer at universities and business schools nationwide, and speaker at major industry events with a particular passion for female entrepreneurship and workplace equality.
Prior to Rent the Runway, Jennifer was the Director of Business Development at IMG where she focused on the creation of new media businesses for IMG’s Fashion Division. She also ran the advertising sales team at WeddingChannel.com and was an in-house entrepreneur at Starwood Hotels, creating Starwood’s first wedding business, which was recognized on the Oprah Winfrey Show for its innovation.
In 2015, Jennifer Co-Founded the Rent the Runway Foundation to help female entrepreneurs throughout the U.S. build scalable, high-growth companies. She is an investor in and advisor to a diverse group of startups throughout the U.S. and is passionate about diversifying entrepreneurship.
Ms. Hyman serves on the Board of Directors of The Estée Lauder Companies. She received her BA from Harvard University cum laude and MBA from Harvard Business School, and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter Aurora.
Janice Min
Janice Min is a media consultant at NBC Universal Cable Entertainment, and Valence Media, the owners of The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, MRC and Dick Clark Productions. She most recently served as co-president and chief creative officer of The Hollywood Reporter-Billboard Media Group. Alec Baldwin recently anointed Min “The Turnaround Artist” in his influential podcast for her game-changing transformations of legacy media brands at both THR and, a decade earlier, Us Weekly.
Min helmed THR as it garnered two National Magazine Awards, five nominations, 34 National Arts & Entertainment Journalism honors (including Best Entertainment Publication and Best Entertainment Website), and a Webby. She also led the successful conversion of THR and Billboard into video and television, winning an Emmy for “Hollywood in Focus: Wolf of Wall Street” in 2014. More recently, she has served as a strong voice in the #MeToo movement, guiding media conversations about the subject with interviews in places including the New York Times and Real Time with Bill Maher.
A graduate of Columbia College and Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism, Min has been named Adweek’s Editor of the Year. She currently serves as vice president on the board of the American Society of Magazine Editors, and sits on the board of The Paley Center for Media’s Los Angeles Board of Governors.
Jacob Wallenberg
Jacob Wallenberg is the non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Investor AB, an anchor lead shareholder of Nordic-based international companies. The holdings of Investor include among others SEB, Atlas Copco, ABB, Ericsson and the operating subsidiary Mölnlycke Health Care. He is Vice Chairman of ABB Ltd, Ericsson AB, FAM AB and Patricia Industries.
Mr. Wallenberg also serves on the Boards of Nasdaq, the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation, and is the Honorary Chairman of IBLAC, the Mayor of Shanghai’s International Business Leaders Advisory Council..
He is also member of the steering committee of ERT, the European Round Table of Industrialists as well as the International Advisory Board of the Atlantic Council, Washington DC and the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum.

Ilwad Elman
Ilwad Elman’s father was an ardent peace activist who coined the famous mantra “Drop the Gun, Pick up the Pen”; he was assassinated for his human rights work in Somalia.
Ilwad returned from Canada to Mogadishu in 2010 whilst the conflict still raged heavily and the majority of the country was lost to the control of the Al-Qaeda linked terrorist group, Al-Shabaab.
She remained in Somalia ever since, serving as a director for the Elman Peace Centre in honour of her father’s legacy. She co-founded the first rape crisis centre for survivors of sexual and gender based violence in Somalia, developed nation wide programs for the disarmament and rehabilitation of child soldiers and adults defecting from armed groups for their socio-economic empowerment, rehabilitation and reintegration as well as designed interventions aimed at security sector reform to create an inclusive space for women in peace building.
Beyond her duties at the Elman Peace Centre; Ilwad is an advocate for the Kofi Annan Foundation where under the mentorship of Mr. Kofi Annan is Preventing Violent Extremism by inspiring, engaging and empowering youth globally. She serves as an expert and strategic advisor to various UN bodies, including the Global Child Protection Area of Responsibility, the UN Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security, and was recently appointed as an advisor to UN Secretary General Antonio Gutteres’ Peacebuilding fund; making her the youngest advisor to ever serve on the board.
From the front lines of conflict and often in the face of extreme insecurities; Ilwad continues to innovate the services and advocacy of Elman Peace. Through the combined effect of grass-root activism and global diplomacy; she has sparked national movements internally and garnered international attention externally to yield action towards durable solutions for human suffering.
Garrett Camp
Garrett Camp is the founder and CEO of Expa, a global network of entrepreneurs helping each other build companies. Since it’s creation, Expa has raised $150M to build new startups and has launched more than a dozen companies from its Startup Studio and Labs program. Garrett is also the co-founder and chairman of Uber, originally conceiving and designing its first version, and the founding CEO of StumbleUpon.
Elsa Bernadotte

Sweden-based Karma launched in November 2016 by Elsa Bernadotte,Hjalmar Ståhlberg Nordegren, Ludvig Berling and Mattis Larsson, who were recently named by Forbes on its 30 under 30 list of entrepreneurs. Since launch Karma has risen to the number one food app in Sweden and has attracted over 300,000 users and over 1,000 food partners. Partners include Sweden’s three biggest supermarket chains and Karma has been supported by world-renowned chefs such as Mathias Dahlgren, Marcus Samuelsson and Alan Yau.

Ebbe Altberg
Ebbe Altberg is the CEO of Linden Lab, makers of the game Second Life – today the world’s largest user-created virtual world – and the social VR platform Sansar. He has 30 years of experience leading global teams and scaling technologies used by hundreds of millions.
Ebbe got his start at Microsoft in 1988, where he spent nearly 12 years leading the teams behind popular productivity products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office. He then went on to serve as the Chief Product Officer for Ingenio, Inc., which he helped to transform into an innovative telephony and marketplace company that AT&T Interactive ultimately purchased.
Ebbe then joined Yahoo! in Europe as the VP Head of Audience, overseeing consumer-facing products and affairs. From there, he quickly stepped into the role of SVP Media Products, leading product and engineering teams totaling 800, and helping to drive the development of the Yahoo! homepage, along with Yahoo’s news, sports, finance, and entertainment products and platforms, before finally coming aboard at Linden.
A native of Uppsala, Sweden, Ebbe studied art and computer science at Middlebury College.

Dr. Habib Sadeghi is the co-founder of Be Hive of Healing, an integrative health center based in Los Angeles. Dr. Axel Bouchon
Dr. Axel Bouchon is a biochemist, neuroscientist and serial entrepreneur. Axel has built and launched start-up companies around the world in the pharmaceutical and agricultural sector. Dr. Oz has won Nine Daytime Emmy® Awards for “The Dr. Oz Show” and is a professor of Surgery at Columbia University.
Dr. Oz received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University (1982) and obtained a joint MD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Wharton Business School.
Previously, Dr. Oz was a featured health expert on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” for six seasons. He has authored eight New York Times Best Sellers and co-founded Sharecare.com and has a bookazine with Hearst titled, “The Good Life” and has authored eight New York Times Best Sellers including his most recent, “Food Can Fix It.”
