Max Martin
Swedish-born Max Martin began his career at the now legendary Cheiron studios in the mid-nineties, where he began to work with iconic producer Denniz Pop making music for names like The Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Ace of Base, and *NSYNC, ultimately defining the sound of 1990s pop music. With a career spanning over 30 years, Max has worked with Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, P!nk, Adele, and many more. With five Grammy awards, including Producer of the Year, and 27 Billboard number 1s, the second most of all time, only topped by Paul McCartney, Max Martin was ranked by Rolling Stone as the greatest producer of the 21st century. Martin was inducted into the Songwriter Hall of Fame in 2017 and has won ASCAP’s Songwriter of the Year a record 11 times.
In 2019, Max Martin pivoted into a new chapter, co-creating the hit musical & Juliet that began its run on London’s West End, continuing to becoming a hit show on Broadway, Australia, and Singapore, claiming 9 Tony nominations and worldwide critical acclaim.
