Brilliant Minds: Home & Away

Stockholm will always be the home of Brilliant Minds. It is where we began, where our community first came together and a city whose spirit of creativity, openness and innovation continues to shape who we are. But Brilliant Minds has never been about one place. It has always been about bringing together extraordinary people, ideas and perspectives and creating the conditions for unexpected connections to happen.

As our community has become increasingly global, we believe the next chapter of Brilliant Minds should reflect that. Beginning in 2027, Brilliant Minds will introduce a new Home & Away model: returning to Stockholm every other year, while taking the flagship gathering to another global city in the years between. And for our first year away, we are going to New York City.

New York feels like a natural place to begin. Few cities bring together business, technology, culture, entertainment, creativity and ambition with the same intensity. It is a city built on the collision of different worlds and that has always been at the heart of Brilliant Minds. Taking Brilliant Minds to New York allows us to open the doors to new voices, new communities and new possibilities, while bringing the spirit and values born in Stockholm to a new stage.
This isn’t about leaving home. It’s about what becomes possible when you leave home and then return to it with new ideas, relationships and perspectives.
