This privacy policy explains when, how and why we collect personal data from you when you use or consider to use services provided by BM Services AB (the ”Services”) or when you choose to provide personal data to us in other contexts, on or through our website www.brilliantminds.co, or by other means.
The “Services” consist of, but are not limited to, organising and arranging conferences such as the Brilliant Minds-conference, conducting other events and activities and the development of intellectual property rights as well as other related activities.
When we say “you”, we are referring to the person who has submitted its personal data to us. When we say ”us” or ”we” we refer to BM Services AB.
We respect your right to privacy and are committed to safeguarding your rights by complying with the general data protection regulation (2016/679/EU – “GDPR”) and, when applicable, other data protection regulations.
You are not obligated to provide personal data to us, but without it we cannot provide our Services to you or communicate with you.

2. THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
2.1. If you sign up to our newsletter or otherwise want to receive information from us relating to the Services, we will collect the following personal data from you:

2.2. If you acquire a ticket to Brilliant Minds, we will process some or all the following personal data relating to you:

– Company name
– Photographs (including video recordings) from the event
– Bank card details (if you pay by credit or debit card)
– Date of birth (if you pay by credit or debit card)
– Where applicable on a case-by-case basis, dietary preferences
– If applicable on a case-by-case basis, personal data necessary to provide you with gifts/merchandise, for example shirt size.
2.3. If you are engaged or considered to be engaged as a speaker, we will process some or all the following personal data relating to you:
– Name
– Date of birth
– Email address
– Phone and fax number
– Position
– Address
– Company name
– Photographs (including video recordings) from the event
– Voice (including audio recording) from the event
– Biography
– Company profile and logo
– Where applicable on a case-by-case basis, dietary preferences
– If applicable on a case-by-case basis, personal data necessary to provide you with gifts/merchandise, for example shirt size.
2.4. If you act on behalf of a speaker and/or ticket holder, we will collect some or all the following personal data from you:
– Name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Address
– Company name
– The speaker/ticket holder you represent.
3. OUR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We will process personal data as described in the chart below.
We have a legitimate commercial interest in providing our Services to you. We consider that there is a relevant and appropriate relationship between us and you (the registered data subjects) and the Services are generally requested by you. We believe that the registered data subjects may reasonably expect us to process their personal data when we are providing our Services. We only perform personal data processing that data subjects reasonably can expect. For statistical purposes, we keep some personal data relating to previous events. The conferences we host are publicly known and information about the conferences is relevant for a long time after they have taken place. The interests and fundamental rights of the data subjects are deemed to be safeguarded, considering our processing. Therefore, we consider that we can perform the specific personal data processing based on the legal basis of legitimate interest as described herein.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with our affiliates and partners to allow us and them to provide you information relating to the Brilliant Minds conference, us and/or our Services. We may also share your personal data with third parties, such as service providers to provide you the Services.
We will share personal data with the following data processors. The processing will be governed by a data processing agreement between us and the processor as and when required by the GDPR.
